At Padel Gear Pakistan, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
· The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
· It must include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
· A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please note that unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
· Discounted or sale items
· Opened or used products
· Items not in their original packaging
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost, depending on availability.
5. Exchange Option
If you prefer, you can exchange your product instead of receiving a refund, provided the desired item is in stock and meets return eligibility criteria.
Any price difference or additional shipping charges will be communicated before processing.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Once approved, you’ll receive the return instructions and details.
3. Ship the product back using a trackable courier service — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Refund Process
· Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
· Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days via bank transfer to the same account used for payment.
· Shipping charges and non-returnable items will not be refunded.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our team. Once shipped, the standard return process will apply.
