We currently ship to:

· All cities across Pakistan

· Gulf States, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman

2. Delivery Time

· Karachi: Same-day delivery is available for confirmed orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

· Other Pakistani Cities: Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days.

· Gulf States: Delivery timelines vary depending on location and customs procedures, usually 7–10 working days.

3. Shipping Charges

· Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

· For international (Gulf) deliveries, shipping fees depend on courier rates and weight.

· Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities outside Pakistan.

4. Order Processing

· Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

· After confirmation, customers will receive a WhatsApp or email update with tracking details.

· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery within Pakistan and abroad. However, shipping times may vary due to external factors such as weather, public holidays, or customs clearance delays.

6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. Customers may be charged for repeated delivery attempts if applicable.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incomplete package, contact us immediately at shopadelgear@gmail.com with pictures and order details so we can assist promptly.
